## Who handles your data

Geodefender operates ****API****NITRO**** and handles enquiries received through this website. This notice covers public browsing and the contact form; terms specific to a contracted service are provided when that service is agreed.

## Information and purposes

When contacting us, you provide your name, role, email, mobile number and its country, company, company country and message. The API, topic or article from which you opened the form may also be included to preserve context without asking you again.

We use this information to respond, assess the requested integration and follow up on the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to an advertising list or create an account. Do not include passwords, API keys or third-party personal data.

## Technical services

Hosting, security and communication services process the information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse and handle your enquiry. The infrastructure uses Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services; processing may occur in countries other than yours.

The portal uses session and authentication mechanisms separate from the contact form. Links to official sources and other websites are subject to their own notices.

## Usage measurement and cookies

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand page visits, language, traffic sources and clicks on contact or sign-in links. We also measure when an enquiry is received. Measurement uses analytics cookies and technical browser and device data; we do not send form fields or contact receipts.

The address sent to Google Analytics is limited to the canonical page, without query parameters or fragments. Predefined UTM source and medium labels may be included. Advertising features, ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Google processes this information as an analytics provider and may do so outside your country. Event data retention is configured for 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer.

## Microsoft Clarity

We also use Microsoft Clarity through Google Tag Manager to analyze clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays on public pages. Clarity uses cookies and technical browser and device data. Entered fields, the contact area and its receipts are masked; we do not send custom personal identifiers. Microsoft may process browsing data, including visited URLs, outside your country under its privacy statement. Do not include personal data in URLs.

## Retention

The technical contact record has a configured expiry of 90 days. Deletion is gradual and does not immediately remove backups or correspondence used to handle your enquiry.

Correspondence and records needed for a commercial relationship, an outstanding request or an applicable obligation are retained for as long as necessary for that purpose.

## Requests about your data

You can request information, correction or deletion of your data through the contact form, stating that it is a privacy enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting to protect your data. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information in your first message.
